Curated Conversations

Two conversations were curated for LA Design Festival, putting Deem co-founder and creative director Nu Goteh in dialogue with Radha Mistry, on the practice and industry of foresight, and Sekou Cooke on the theory and emergence of hip-hop architecture. These conversations considered how community interests can be prioritized in design pathways that both hypothesize the future and reexamine the past. Design and curation by Deem, production by Moving Sidewalk in collaboration with LADF and Helms Bakery District.
